Have you sent Bitcoin but you are unable to see it in your TradOwise account?

Follow the below information:

 

For you to be able to receive your funds, your Bitcoin deposit would need to have 3-6 confirmations on the Blockchain, this can range between 1-3 hours.

 

Your status on the deposit page of your TradOwise account will update to the below status, once your Bitcoin (BTC) wallet provider sends the transaction to the Blockchain:

 

WAITING APPROVAL 
 
to
WAITING CONFIRMATION

IMPORTANT NOTE



 

 We DO NOT accept Bitcoin Cash (BCH)  

 

 Only send Bitcoin (BTC) to the address displayed on the deposit page
 

 Send to the exact Bitcoin (BTC) address displayed on the deposit page
 

 Do not save any of the addresses we provide you. A new Bitcoin (BTC) address is created each time you create a deposit notification.  

 

Digital Currency Protocols state transactions can neither be cancelled nor reversed once sent, please ensure you check the BTC address before sending to avoid any financial loss.
