Do you need to provide a selfie to our Payments team?

Follow these steps:


You may be required to take a selfie and send it to our Payments Team. This request is in place as an additional security layer to ensure the safety of our customer's funds.



Please ensure the identity document is valid.


For the selfie, you will need to:

Write down the date and amount of your withdrawal on a piece of paper.

These details may be found in the "Withdraw" tab of your 
TradOwise account as indicated below.

 Add your signature underneath the date and amount with the currency.

 Now you can take a selfie ensuring you are holding your identity document along with the paper, ensuring you can see yourself, the paper, and the document clearly.

 If you are struggling to do this by yourself, you may also receive help from a friend or a timer to take this image.
