Would you like to know what to do when you are not receiving your emails from TradOwise on Gmail?
Follow the below steps:
TradOwise love to keep their clients up to date with important updates or messages that are sent to your inbox. If you have noticed that you are not getting any emails from us, please ensure you have checked in the Spam/Junk folder.
If you find that our emails are located in the Spam/Junk folder, below are different ways you can try to resolve the issue.
Reporting the Email as Not Spam
≈ Open your Gmail account.
≈ Click/tap on the TradOwise email found in your Spam folder.
≈ Click/tap on Report as Not Spam.
You may need to repeat the above for google to automatically send our emails to your inbox.
Filtering the Emails
≈ Open your Gmail account.
≈ Click/tap on the Settings icon next to the Support icon.
≈ Click/tap on the See All Settings option.
≈ Click/tap on the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
≈ Click/tap on the Create a New Filter button.
≈ Enter TradOwise’s email address in the From section - support@tradowise.com
≈ Tick the relevant options as you can see below.
≈ Click/tap on the Create Filter option.
