Would you like to know what to do when you are not receiving your emails from TradOwise on Outlook?


Follow the below steps:


TradOwise love to keep their clients up to date with important updates or messages that are sent to your inbox. If you have noticed that you are not getting any emails from us, please ensure you have checked in the Spam/Junk folder.

If you find that our emails are located in the Spam/Junk folder, below is a way you can try to resolve the issue.

 


Adding Contacts to Safe List

 

Click/tap on the Settings icon.

 

 Click/tap on the View All Outlook Settings option.


Go to the Mail tab.
 

Click/tap on the Junk Email section.

 

Go to the Safe Senders and Domains section.

 

Click/tap on the Add button.

 

Enter TradOwise’s email address in the blank space provided - support@tradowise.com

 

Click/tap on the Save button.
