Follow the below information:

  Windows

Using the keyboard

≈ Hold the Alt and PrtScrn keys together. 

≈ Paste the document onto Paint or a Microsoft application and save accordingly.

Using the Snipping tool

≈ Open the Snipping Tool.

≈ Click/tap on New.

≈ Select the area you need to capture. 

≈ Click/tap on the Save icon.

  iPhone

≈ Hold the Side button and the Home or Volume up button at the same time.

 Android

≈ Hold the Home button and the Volume down button at the same time.

 MAC

≈ Hold the Shift, Command, and No. 4 buttons together to capture a portion of the screen.

≈ Select the area you need with the crosshair.

≈ To move the selection, press and hold the space bar while dragging.

≈ Release the mouse to save the image on your desktop.
